Position:
Branch Market Manager, Wilmington, Oh
Overview: You will manage a full-service
branch to include its business development activities,
personnel, customer service, profitability,
and operations. Approximately 50% of your time
will be in Sales and Service, 40% in Management
and Leadership, and 10% in Operations. You will
also extend credit to businesses and individuals
using limited credit authority.
Qualifications: You must possess a four-year
college degree, or equivalent, three years of
banking experience to include supervisory and
lending experience, and excellent sales, communications,
interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Position:
Commercial Lender
Location: Clermont and/or Warren County
Overview: As a business officer, you
will initiate, recommend, and service a wide
variety of secured and unsecured commercial
loans, most of which involve large amounts of
money. You will also develop new business for
the company by calling on potential or existing
customers, promoting all banking services, and
maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications: You must possess strong
business calling, sales and service, negotiation,
analytical and computer skills. Five years experience
in lending to include underwriting large complex
business loans, and a four-year college degree
are required.
Position:
Customer Service Representative(s)
Location(s): Availability at various
locations for part-time and full-time positions.
Overview: You will perform a variety
of duties related to serving customers, selling
bank products, and processing transactions.
Your responsibilities will include managing
a cash drawer, maintaining accurate records,
and ensuring activities are performed according
to bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications: You should possess one
year of teller or related work experience. A
high school diploma, or equivalent, and excellent
customer service skills are required.
Position:
Investment Representative
Location: Bank Market Area, Southwestern
Ohio
Overview: In this exciting position,
you will work with our Investment Center to
sell investment products, which include mutual
funds, securities, annuities, and other financial
products. Your responsibilities include participating
in community events, conducting educational
seminars, developing new business, and promoting
other bank services
Qualifications: You must possess three years
of related work experience and a Series 7 License.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational,
and computer skills are essential.
Position:
Management Trainee
Location: Wilmington, Oh
Overview: The Management Trainee Program
is designed to provide on-the-job training and
development for qualified candidates to help
them prepare for potential bank management positions.
As a trainee, you will work closely with bank
staff to complete a variety of assignments and
studies in various Divisions of the Bank to
include Loans, Branches, Operations, Accounting,
Audit, Compliance, Trust, and Marketing. Throughout
the training, you are expected to assume responsibility
for learning, pursuing development opportunities,
and identifying potential career paths at National
Bank and Trust Company.
Qualifications: You must possess a four-year
college degree in a business related discipline.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, active
listening, teamwork, analytical, personal computer,
and organization skills are essential to success.
The ability to demonstrate initiative and a
professional image are essential.
Position:
Mortgage Loan Originator
Location: Warren and/or Clermont Counties
Overview: You will assume responsibility
for the origination of residential first mortgage
loans. The primary duties include developing
consumer, realtor, contractor, and other professional
contacts; soliciting new business through cross-selling
and referrals; representing the Bank in community
groups and organizations; pre-qualifying customers
for mortgage loans; and taking mortgage loan
applications for customers in their home, bank,
realtor, or contractor offices.
Qualifications: You must possess knowledge
of loan products and regulations plus a proven
successful track record in mortgage loan originations.
Excellent customer service, sales, analytical,
communication, and basic computer skills are
essential. College degree is preferred.
Position:
Personal Banker
Location: Milford
Overview: In this position, you will
open new accounts, refer and cross-sell the
Company’s products and services, and handle
consumer loan requests. You will also participate
with branch management in maintaining a customer-focused
environment and developing new ideas to increase
business and achieve customer relationship objectives.
Approximately 70% of your time will be in sales
and service, 20% in Operations, and 10% in Leadership
activities.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma,
or equivalent, plus additional courses in financial
services and three years of banking or related
experience are required. You must possess thorough
knowledge of bank products and services and
a working knowledge of the complete line of
products and services offered by the Company.
Excellent verbal and written communication,
customer service, needs based selling, organization,
and computer skills are essential. An Ohio Life
License is preferred.
