Position:
Branch Service Manager
Location: Blanchester and Mason, OH
Overview: You will assist in the supervision
of a full-service branch and have responsibility
for a major portion of the routine day-to-day
Operations of the branch (50%), as well as Leadership
and Management responsibilities (30%) and Sales
and Service activities (20%).
Qualifications: You must possess a two-year
college degree, or equivalent and three years
of banking experience. Previous experience in
sales, customer service, and supervision are
a plus. Must possess thorough knowledge of banking
rules and regulations. Excellent communication,
organizational, problem solving, supervisory,
CRM and needs-based selling skills are essential.
Position:
Accounts Payable Clerk, Part-time
Location: Wilmington, OH
Overview: In this position, you will
process payment of all Bank invoices; maintain
the Bank’s Fixed Asset & Prepaid Accounting
systems; post online general ledger entries
and research general ledger exceptions; prepare
1099-MISC tax reports and monthly use tax reports;
and provide secondary support for the cash desk
duties to include wire transfers, cash orders,
savings bonds, and other related functions.
Qualifications: You should possess three
years banking or related work experience. Previous
experience in Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
is preferred. High School Diploma, or equivalent,
plus additional banking or accounting courses,
and excellent computer skills to include Microsoft
Word and Excel are required.
Position:
Credit Analyst
Location: Wilmington, OH
Overview: We are seeking a qualified
individual to develop and analyze all types
of credit information pertaining to diverse
types of loans; prepare and occasionally present
credit reports to loan officers or committees;
and maintain control over credit standings or
current accounts for the Bank’s Business Loan
Department. You will investigate and analyze
all available sources of credit and financial
information, spread the numbers, prepare a written
analysis, evaluate loan structure to determine
credit worthiness and occasionally offer opinions
concerning credit worthiness.
Qualifications: You must possess a four-year
business degree, or equivalent, and 3 years
experience analyzing commercial credits. Strong
analytical, computer, communication and presentation
skills are essential. Must demonstrate multiple
industry expertise to support analytical work.
Position:
Customer Service Representative(s)
Location: Availability at various locations
for part-time and full-time positions.
Overview: You will perform a variety
of duties related to serving customers, selling
bank products, and processing transactions.
Your responsibilities will include managing
a cash drawer, maintaining accurate records,
and ensuring activities are performed according
to bank policies and procedures.
Qualifications: You should possess one
year of teller or related work experience. A
high school diploma, or equivalent, and excellent
customer service skills are required.
